Luxury House Within Prestigious Dominion Community

This is a very prestigious and safe community in which many high profile people reside. The house is very open with beautiful marble counter tops, large window panels and amazing scenery! The space The entire house will be available for the guest, three upstairs bedrooms, and family room. One downstairs master bedroom, living room and playing room (pool table with bar). Very large backyard and patio with beautiful scenery. Only thing off limit is the garage and attached storage rooms. We will keep furniture and extra personal belongings in there. Other things to note Upon arriving to the access gate into the community, all guest must check in with security guards (off duty pd) and a valid DL must be presented to be let in. This is a very prestigious and safe community in which many high profile people reside. In case of an event, we do require a list of those attending, as well as a 2 week notice. You will need to hire security from the HOA.
