Newly remodeled with a huge yard and garage near downtown and major highways in Austin. I am looking to sell it in about 4-5 months, and so it is NOT FURNISHED, so I am looking for a particular type of renter that may need a place, perhaps if you are remodeling your home and need a place for the family or need a place until you close on another house. I am happy to figure out putting beds or something if needed, or work with people to make things smooth and accommodate if this is a fit! The space Again, this is a nice, convenient place, but it is not furnished, I am willing to work with you to make something work.
