Historic Hyde Park Hideout
Historic Hyde Park Hideout
Description
My quaint bungalow is located in historic Hyde Park, just north of the University of Texas. The house is bright and open, with great outside space as well. Spend an evening grilling on the deck, or enjoy your morning coffee on the front stoop. Hyde Park is very safe and walkable, the house is located within blocks from many bars and restaurants, a grocery store, and beautiful parks. This neighborhood is truly breathtaking, old Austin at its finest! The space The bungalow was built in the 1930's so you'll be able to enjoy the old charm, from the giant pecan trees in the front yard to the original wood floors throughout. The house is fully fenced, which is great if you're bringing along a furry friend. There's a gas grill on the back deck, a fire pit and wood in the back yard, and a chimenea on the front stoop for your outdoor enjoyment. The house comfortably sleeps 3, two on the queen memory foam bed and one on the couch, but I am open to hosting extra guests if they're comfortable sleeping on the floor. Guest access You will have complete open access to the property.
