This home is on 2 acres and completely private. We have Sonos all throughout the house inside and outside. 3 Bedroom 2.5 Bathroom -Sleeps 6 First floor Living room - fireplace and lots of instruments giving you that Austin vibe. Furniture and art is very exquisite , surround by windows and tall ceilings. Full Kitchen- amazing window to look out at greener, kitchen is big so great for family and friend cook outs 1/2 Bathroom Master bedroom is on the first floor Master bathroom with Full shower as well as bathtub looking over the creek for a peaceful bath. Closet for Master bedroom will remained locked. you will have accesses to drawers to put away your clothes and personal belongings. Second floor 2 bedrooms ,1 bathroom 2 second living room area including the patio. 1 bedroom has a Queen bed 2 bedroom is a couch with a pull out bed (very comfortable) Upstairs closets will remained closed but drawers will be empty to put away clothes and personal belongings Both bedrooms have big windows to look out, as well as the living room upstairs. HERE ARE THE DONTS -NO SMOKING IN THE HOUSE if choose to do so outside throw away cigarbuds. -DO NOT MOVE THINGS AROUND THE HOUSE -DO NOT HAVE OTHER GUEST OVER THAT AREN'T AIRBNB GUEST -WINE FRIDGE IS NOT FOR GUEST NOR IS THE TEQUILA BAR (sorry guys) Party all you want in or outside the house our neighbors are really cool.
