Welcome to ATX — a city buzzing with life! You’ll find music and inspiration on every corner. My place offers a unique experience to stay in the heart of downtown, enjoy the sights and sounds of the city, and retreat to a charming, tree-shaded neighborhood to recharge. The house was built in the 40’s, and has a luxe bohemian feel. You’ll find hat tips to Mexico, Texas, and the Southwest. As for me, I don’t believe in strangers, only friends I haven’t met yet. Look forward to hosting you— The space Centrally located, fantastic location for SXSW and other downtown events. 5-10 minute drive from downtown, 6th Street, Rainey Street, and UT Campus. 10-15 min from East Austin and South Congress. You’ll have the master bedroom with views of the old growth trees, a king size memory foam mattress, and a desk. Private bath just down the hall. You’re welcome to enjoy the shared spaces in my home, including the living room, kitchen, dining room, patio, backyard. Guest access You’ll have access to the 2nd floor of the house, all except for my bedroom. During your stay I’m open to whatever you prefer— happy to chat, give recommendations, and hear about your travels, but I will give you your space by default. I am very open and negotiable, so if you have questions feel free to send me a message or ask me in person. Other things to note In addition to hosting guests, I also have an Airbnb experience to introduce travelers to the contemporary art scene in Austin. if that’s your thing, I would love to host you, or tell you more about it!
