There is a Cove Pool just steps away. Swimming is offered at swimming area by our Marina . Enjoy a pleasant walk to Tennis, Pavilion, more pools & Marina for lake swimming and fishing. Must be able to climb steps. Boat Slip rental $20/day. The space Apartment on bottom level of main house. King Bed in bedroom, pull out sofa and floor mattress in living room with private deck looking over water. For safety concerns, if you bring young children, they must be monitored closely.. Guest access Personal transportation is required. Parking anywhere in the cove is permitted including the grass. Parking on a first come basis on the right side on the driveway. Don't block anyone's driveway in the cove. The entire apartment is available for guests. There is a lake front deck . Marina slip available for $20/nite. Boat Launch ramp included in rental. Let us know if you are bring a boat so we can provide a key. Other things to note Separate family or guests may be staying in home above apartment. Currently we do not offer internet. We are looking into a getting this. Please let us know how important this is to your vacation enjoyment. Currently our lake house is enjoyed by people who really want to "unplug" and get away from city life. However, Marble Falls and Austin are a short drive for those who want to venture away.
