Room with private access to the entire house

Recently renovated and conveniently located house. 4-bedroom house with 3 occupied rooms and all tenants are temporarily out of town for their summer internships. You would have the whole house to yourself (details/disclaimer in THE SPACE description below). Parking is available in front of house or at parking lot across the street. Room is equipped with bed, desk and closet. Sofa in the living room can be converted to a queen sized bed. Message me with questions prior to booking if needed. The space Please note: I have TRIPLE-checked with all the tenants and none of them plan to stop by during their absences. Guest should have the whole house to themselves unless notified by host way in advance due to the very unlikely tenants' visit.
