Other things to note Spacious Master Bedroom with private upstairs balcony access, located on the second story, straight back from the top of the staircase. There is access to a private upstairs balcony, shared upstairs bathroom, living room, dining room, kitchen and downstairs back patio. The room has a TV and Roku (to be replaced with apple TV next week) were you can stream content from your personal account. The upstairs thermostats in the home is located at the top of the stairs. The room also has an individual AC and Heater during extreme Texas weather (It's Texas, temps can fluctuate dramatically during some months). Parking is on Garrett St. next to the house.
