This is an artist's homestead- the house is filled with creativity and comfort. There is plenty of natural light, books for rainy days, comfortable places to daydream or take a break from your activities of the day. The granite patio overlooks our organic vineyard and distant hills. It is a perfect destination accommodation at the northern gateway to the wineries of the Texas Hill Country, or a cozy stop that sits within 1 hour of Austin, Killeen, Johnson City and Waco. The space Artist's haven! Creative, colorful and unique vibe coupled with the rustic nature of a 100 year old farmhouse set on a private vineyard. Enjoy the fully stocked coffee station, charging stations, bluetooth speakers, handmade soaps, all natural memory foam king bed, french robes and heavenly views! Lots of outside space available for roaming or just sit on the deck and watch the sunset turn into stars! Guest access Your space includes a full living/dining room with futon, plus a master bedroom suite with full sized bathroom (claw foot tub included), mini fridge and coffee station. NO KITCHEN OR LAUNDRY. There is a screened in porch and a private outdoor space designated for guests. The rest of the property is not currently available for guests. Other things to note You are free to use the front yard areas fenced off from the farm animals and dogs. You may also choose to use the granite patio and deck but please be aware that our animals do have access to those areas so it is important to use caution. Our ranch dogs are friendly but their job is to protect our sheep, so please limit the amount of attention you give them- they are not allowed on the screened porch or in the private guest areas. Our sheep may also present themselves in and around the patio/deck areas. If that is the case, please refrain from using that area until they retreat. They are not pets- feel free to watch them from the screened porch. Also, chickens and guinea fowl will roam the areas. Please do not attempt to catch or pet, or collect eggs. **special note-our vineyard is in transition and will be replanted as soon as we decide on a new type of grape to plant! Please excuse the mess!
