Only 10 min. from the airport, 20 min. to downtown, and 10-15 min. from some of Austin’s great East Side spots. We love to host, and we’ve traveled a lot via Airbnb so we know how to shape a comfy, convenient home for you. You’ll have your own furnished bedroom with a comfy full memory foam bed. You’ll share a bathroom with 1 flatmate (we have another bathroom too). Relax in the spacious, open living room, cook in the big modern kitchen, or work from home at the large table or desk area. Outside we have a chiminea and fire pit for you to enjoy! We’re thoughtful about making our place welcoming for you. We keep it tidy, there’s plenty of closet and drawer space for your things. Then of course we have all the items you might need (towels, toiletries, iron, w+d, hair dryer, etc). Don’t hesitate to ask us for anything that will make your stay here even better! Guest access 1 bedroom, 1 bath, living room, kitchen/dining, yard, driveway for parking During your stay We both work regular hours during the week, so we'll be in and out. We’re happy to answer any questions you have and to share tips about our favorite spots in Austin or the best ways to get around. Other things to note We have 2 cats, they're inside/outside, very chill and friendly! We keep them out of the guest bedrooms.
