Rustic Treehouse Escape- stand-alone guesthouse

- 10 min to get over the causeway to Galveston; beaches are ~ 20 min away - a guesthouse built in the 40s - reliable central AC - free laundry facilities - free water and snacks - train tracks nearby - host lives in main house at front of property - some nearby areas look unkept - 40 min to Houston; near I-45 and Highway 3; 2 miles from Texas city plants - TV, internet, over 300 DVDs - Good mattress in bedroom - Alt. check-in times possible, just ask The space The whole guesthouse is for the guest. We do have some personal items store in closets in the space but we will not go in to the living space when guests are booked. We may access the garage space underneath occasionally.
