My apartment is very quiet, with a ton of things to do and places to eat nearby. No AirBnB service fee. The space The space has been fully remodeled and has a chic cozy feel. The bedroom has an extremely comfortable queen size bed in the master bedroom (plus a crib). There is an oversized sectional for hanging out, watching tv, or sleeping. There is also a coffee maker, toaster, blender, microwave, mini waffle maker (ask me for the recipe to the best waffles ever!) and full sized refrigerator with freezer. A fully stocked kitchen with everything you need to cook meals. Check in for exact details. Space for dining as well as working. The apartment also hosts an oversized bathtub/shower for relaxing after a long day. The bathroom also has additional lighting good for doing your makeup! Guests can use everything except the closet in the bedroom but there is a large closet in the living room that is available for use. Please keep in mind that this is an upstairs apartment. There are no stairs inside of the apartment and it is very easy to get to. Very private, well lit, and safe. Per Airbnb rules there are no parties allowed. Only guests that are listed on the reservation may stay overnight. If you are caught partying, you will be asked to leave immediately. Check in is at 5PM and Check out is at 10AM. Also, please communicate any issues or concerns before and during your stay. I’m always a phone call or a text away. If a feature isn’t listed or pictured, please assume it is not provided - if you’re not sure then ask. I usually respond quickly. *Internet is currently unavailable. But we do have a Roku that is available for use with your phones WiFi hotspot. * Guest access Guests have full access to the apartment except for the master closet which is locked.
