Each room with their own TV, walk-in closets, toilet and sinks and a shared shower. Each room with their own TV, walk-in closets, toilet and sinks and a shared shower. Kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and supplies to cook the largest of meals. Two ovens, microwave, dishwasher, pellet smoker etc. Washer Dryer on-site with addtional $5 per load. Living room has 65" TV, Playstation and pool table. Upstairs common area is used for a basic gym area with adjustable dumbbells, bench and yoga mat. Backyard has a private lakeview stocked with fish and turtles, may also see harmless aligator from time to time. Neighborhood is quiet, calm and friendly with great landscape, community pool and park. Guest access Feel free to use the pool table, gym equipment, community pool, backyard fishing, cooking, etc. During your stay We can show you around, hang out We will also respect your privcy if you need quiet time. Other things to note I have one three-year-old cat named Teemo, and two German Pinscher puppies named Spicy and Ketchup :) If you are coming with pets, we will charge an extra $10/night/pet for cleaning fees.
