Clean private guest bedroom in an artist's home

One private guest bedroom available in a warm and welcoming 3 bedroom, 1 bathroom house in a central location close to UNT, TWU and the square. The house is occupied by an artist/professor, her 4 year old son, and an artist/graduate student. We look forward to meeting new people from all walks of life and sharing our home, our record collection, and good conversations. The space The room is on the front of the house, closest to the entrance and right next to the shared bathroom. (It actually has it's own front door but that door cannot be used.) Guest access Guests have access to a living room, a play/exercise room, a kitchen, and a laundry room with washer/dryer. The house also has a lovely back patio with comfy outdoor furniture. Other things to note Guests can let themselves in with a key that is kept in a lockbox by the front door.
