Welcome to our home. We are located in Allen TX which was voted the 2nd best city to live in the US. We are conveniently located 5 min from the luxurious shop & dine area at Watters Creek and 8 min to Allen Outlet mall and the Village at Allen. Downtown Dallas is 30 min away. DFW Airport is 35 min away. We just remodeled our kitchen and we are proud to be a part of the AirBNB community as a host. We have traveled the country as guests and excited to host you and share our experiences. The space Our cozy 2 story townhouse has 2 spacious master bedrooms (1 downstairs and 1 upstairs) with their own private baths + spa. And also 2 small bedrooms both upstairs sharing a bathroom. Which makes it perfect for 2 families travelling together or a family travelling with senior citizens. Guest access Guests are welcome to use the pool which is right next to the house (will give you the code to the gate once you check in.) Other things to note No loud music and please be courteous to the neighbors. There are plenty of visitors parking spaces so please no parking in front of the garage or the neighbor's garage as this is a violation to the HOA rules.
