Quiet Country Home 40 minutes from San Antonio

Our property is located just outside of Pleasanton Tx. Our guest house is the perfect place for your stay. We are located just 35 minutes south of downtown San Antonio. This 2 bed 1 bath home is cheaper than a hotel and much larger. We live on the property in another home and are available to help with anything you might need. Please note there are only two parking spaces for guest vehicles. Let us know if you have any questions. Welcome to Pleasanton! ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING or PETS! The space ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! No smoking in the house or outside of the home. No smoking on the property. That is what we mean when we say ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING! We are sorry to have to be this way, but too many people have abused this and caused us to have to spend extra money to get rid of the smoke smell and lose other bookings because of the smell. If you smoke on our property, a $400 cleaning fee will be applied. Our guest house is a 2 bed 1 bath simple, quiet space for you and your family. Please note that the one bathroom is located in the master bedroom. You can smell the fresh country air in the morning over a cup of coffee on your porch, but you can be at the local Walmart in 5 minutes—it does not get any better. Each room is decorated with a theme. Large couches and sitting areas make this a great space to visit with family and friends. You have your own full-size washer and dryer and stove as well. Enjoy an early morning or late evening walk down our country roads. Though we have lots of room, we can only accommodate two guest vehicles. When it rains, much of our property is unusable for parking, so we only allow those two spots where there is hard surface parking. Guest access You have the entire guest house to yourself. You are more than welcome to use the rest of the property to throw a ball with your kids, BBQ on our smoker, or take a stroll down to look at our rabbits and chickens. Other things to note We do have 2 small inside dogs and a large outside dog named Ben. He is big but not aggressive at all. We also have some outside cats that roam the property. The guest house is equipped with a TV connected to an Apple TV. If you have a Netflix account, the app is loaded on the Apple TV, and you are free to enter your credentials to use Netflix. We DO NOT have cable TV at this time.
