Located just 2 minutes from SFA, my townhome is the perfect, quaint home away from home. It features two levels with one bedroom and bathroom on each level, a very large open concept living room and kitchen, equipped with all of your essentials to feel as if you never left home! It includes a coffee bar, a private sun room, a private second story balcony off of the upstairs bedroom and a private ground level patio with seating on both. The space There are a multitude of kitchen appliances to cook with if you desire. A large television in the living room that you can watch while cooking or just relaxing! There is also an ROKU hooked up to the TV that will give you access to Netflix and Hulu at no additional charge! Guest access You have full reign of the entire house. There is a blocked off storage closet upstairs that is locked. Other than that, you have full access to everything.
