The location is amazing! Very close to Barton Springs, Zilker Park, downtown, South Congress, lots of restaurants/shops. Easy walk/bike/commute to wherever you want to go. One of the most desirable neighborhoods in Austin. It has 2 bedrooms - one has a comfortable queen bed (memory foam), the other is empty. The house gets good natural light. It has central AC/heat and ceiling fans to keep the indoor temperature just right. It's an older house, it's not new or fancy. It's cute and cozy.
