Explore the Oak Island beaches and golf only a 15 minute drive away. Take the ferry to Bald Head or historic Wilmington. Come home to unwind in the gazebo, play bocce, chat around the kitchen island or watch a movie on the sectional with a cozy fire. The space You will have the entire small, open concept cottage with room for 6 to enjoy. Gather by the cozy fireplace and watch TV from the comfy sectional or gather around the kitchen island for games. Catch up while you're away at the laptop friendly workspace with WiFi and USB ports. Enjoy a latte from the Keurig in the well-stocked kitchen and wave to passing golf carts from the front porch. There's a large smart TV in the living room for and two of the bedrooms on which you can log into your personal streaming services. Bedrooms are furnished with comfy pillow top hybrid mattresses and fresh cotton sheets. Towels, ALL linens, and a starter supply of TP, soap, and dish soap are supplied. Please note the six person maximum including children. No pets. The golf cart is included for free but cannot be guaranteed as it occasionally will go into the shop for repairs or tune-ups. This house is not childproofed (cleaning supplies under sink, glasses on open shelves, firepit). Please take this into consideration before booking. Please inquire about monthly stay discounts! Guest access There's a huge private yard with gazebo, sofas, a chiminea, and an open firepit for roasting s'mores or a game of frisbee or bocci. Other things to note Please ensure you are comfortable with the house rules : There are no pets allowed ever in order to accommodate guests and cleaner with allergies. Please don't ask for exceptions. There will be a $300 fee if rule is disregarded. You must be 21 or older to drive the golf cart and all rules of the road must be observed including seatbelts.
