It's a nice sized home and you will have access to several awesome amenities. If you have additional guests, I have a queen size air mattress I can get ready. I won't ever bother you during your stay and I'll do my best to make sure you have an enjoyable time. Guest access -Washer/Dryer available upon request - Kitchen - TV in room, and TV upstairs - Workout/Weight Room - Pool - High Speed Internet During your stay I work from home about half the days. You may see me, you may not, but I'm always a text away. I can remotely manage the house through the smart home features if you need assistance with anything like getting locked out, getting help with the thermostat, or answering questions about where something like "Hey, where is the laundry room in your house? And where is the Tide?" Other things to note Note: The state of Texas charges 6% taxes for AirBnb stays, and the City of Austin requires all licensed AirBnb hosts to withhold an additional 9% to for short term rental taxes. You will note the 9% fee under "Management fees" under the cost breakdown. I try to keep the room rates as low as possible, but I am required by Austin City to do this.
