This is a private bedroom in a single family home in a residential neighborhood in Katy, Texas. The room is upstairs and has its own private bath. There are only three people living in the house. All adults, no children. We are quiet and private people and do not do parties or large gatherings. You will be left alone and given plenty of space but we will be available if you need anything. We are in a safe neighborhood walking distance of en elementary school and shopping center.
