This is a private bedroom/bathroom located on the 2nd floor of our townhome with a queen size bed, TV/Cable, and Wi Fi. Complimentary Coffee is available in our kitchen. Our townhome community backs up to the Waterchase golf course in a quite, gated townhome community so that you can relax and enjoy your night. You will have access to the pool that is shared by other people within our townhome community. We are just minutes from AT&T stadium, Globe Life Park, Six Flags, and Hurricane Harbor. The space We want you to feel comfortable in a stylish relaxing environment that stresses our commitment for a relaxing and comfortable stay. You will enjoy a private room with a queen size bed, arm chair with ottoman, and rolling laptop desk. The bathroom is in your private room, (not outside the room and not shared). Natural sunlight filters into the room if you wish to open the shades. Guest access Guests have access to all common areas of our home except for our bedroom. Guests may use the microwave and store any leftovers in the refrigerator as needed. **We do not allow the use of the kitchen for cooking food on the stove or in the oven.** If you plan to swim while you are here, please ask me for the pool gate code upon arrival, as it changes weekly. During your stay Derek and I will be in and out depending on our schedules. Our interaction may be limited and friendly, but rest assured we can be reached by phone or Airbnb chat at any time. We want your stay to be as comfortable as possible with minimal distractions. Other things to note Our check-in time is between 2pm and 11pm CST. Check-out is 11am CST. (If you require an earlier check-in time, please inquire before you book. We try to be as flexible as possible, but we want to make sure your room is ready for an earlier arrival time.) **We do not allow bookings on behalf of others, you and/or additional guest must be on the reservation.** Please keep in mind this is an occupied residence. We will try our best to minimize any noise to make your stay as pleasant as possible. Our easy self-checkout makes it convenient to check-out anytime, day or night.
