The property is located half a mile from downtown Georgetown in the historic district. It’s about a 10 minute walk to the bars and restaurants in the historic square. It’s also roughly one mile to Blue Hole Park and about 40 miles of hiking and biking trails! The house has an ice bath, a sauna, and a full gym. It also has a washer and drier and a kitchen.
