Hi! I'm Jamie. Welcome to my home in Austin, TX! :) Enjoy your stay in this trendy quiet bedroom that is next to the hallway full bath. Your space comes with a comfy queen bed, 3 pillows, blanket, towels, and tv. Wake up and brew a fresh cup of coffee and check your emails in the super cute breakfast nook while scanning Austins Map! Casa Cornelius is located in a hot developmental area in Southeast Austin close drive to great spots. 15 minutes to the Airport. 15-25 minutes to Downtown. The space Your room is quiet with a large window. The queen bed comes with clean sheets and three fresh pillows. A night stand with a light to enjoy a read before bed. The house is recently updated with some funky fresh style! Enjoy the touches of wood through out. It is a 1,200+ sq ft home with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Wifi is 100 mbps down, HBO, Netflix, Amazon Prime. Natural gas for heating, cooking,& laundry. The house is secured with ADT and Nest Ring Doorbell for check in and out. I have two indoor cats and a rabbit. My house smells very good though! It's always a first compliment. Guest access You are more than welcome to roam around the house - Your room, bathroom, kitchen, living, breakfast nook, laundry. I ask for kitchen use to be limited to basic meals 30 mins or less just to be courtesy of the household. During your stay I am in and out of the house often. We may meet, but maybe not :) Easy stay check in and out. I work from home and have different hours/work all the time so will not always be able to hold a conversation. :) I am always happy to help though! Other things to note You will have a small space in the fridge for leftovers or groceries. Iron and steamer are located is laundry room for your use. Check-in begins at 4PM until anytime that is convenient for you to arrive eta is always appreciate though. You will receive an access code to the smart lock keypad on the front door before 4PM so you can check in when you need. Check-out is 11AM. I can be flexible about check-out as long as there is communication and it works with the calendar. Unapproved check-out will result in a late check-out fee of $10. No illegal activities allowed on property.
