This beautiful cottage in the country has all the rustic charm & modern convenience you need for a relaxing, rejuvenating getaway. The cottage is attached to the main home, but has a separate entrance for total privacy. It features a full bedroom w/ queen bed & on-suite w/ large shower & linens. The living room has a gas fire place, flat screen TV, and desk space for a laptop w/ high speed internet & WiFi. In the kitchen you’ll be sure to enjoy the upgraded gourmet appliances. Welcome Home The space We are located in the heart of horse country, just minutes from Lake Ray Roberts & Lake Lewisville. Both Love Field and DFW are an easy trip— just under an hour. Many of the finest wedding venues & horse ranches are right here in our beautiful, quiet town. Nearby Denton & Frisco offer a wide range of fun restaurants & nightlife. UNT & TWU are both within a 20 minute drive. No matter what the reason for your visit, we’re sure you’ll enjoy your stay! Guest access The cottage is fully equipped with upgraded appliances, a beautiful fireplace, and hardwood floors. It’s located on 10 acres with a small stocked pond. Laundry facilities are available upon request. Other things to note Since we live on the property, you will likely see us outside or coming & going. There is a chicken coop on the back of the property so fresh eggs are available daily. Please keep in mind the road is privately owned and maintained. We appreciate respecting the posted speed limits to keep horses, kids, and others safe.
