Guest bedroom available in a 1900 sq ft home. Located mere moments from Hobby Airport and a short 15-20 minute drive to Downtown/Med Center/Rice University/etc thanks to being so closely located to the I-45 & I-610 junction. Of course, the above estimate is with average traffic. As with any major city, traffic fluctuations can alter those estimates. Guest will share the hall bathroom with my full-time tenant, although he's really not around much of the time. The space - Private pool (The deep end is quite deep, please use caution if venturing to that part of the pool) - The back patio is furnished with multiple full table sets, hammock, and fire pit - Super quiet neighborhood. Mostly families. - Washer/Dryer in the garage - There is a closet in the bedroom, with drawers at the bottom - Both myself and my full-time tenant are professional gay males (not a couple). So if that's a problem for you, this probably isn't the rental you're looking for :) - Smoking is allowed outside, but never indoors. - Please no glassware near the pool - No illegal narcotics Guest access - Guests will have full access to all the common areas (kitchen, pool/patio, dining room, living room, garage) - Guests will have access to their bedroom (of course) and the shared hall bathroom. - Guests will also have access to my home WiFi (AT&T Fiber) as well as all the streaming services connected in the living room (Netflix, Hulu, HBO Go, etc) During your stay My interaction with you completely depends on your comfort level. If you just want to be left alone and have a place to sleep, by all means just let me know. If you want to join me for dinner (I'm a Cajun boy, I cook a lot), that's entirely welcome too! I'm a psychologist and my full-time tenant is an international events manager. We're both professionals and will act accordingly. Very laid back folks and generally pretty easy to get along with.
