You are also about 10 minutes from Downtown, The Domain, and The Arboretuem. The space It's a small and simple one bedroom that has what you need to enjoy spring and SXSW in The ATX! Tempurpedic bed, chromecast, seat in the shower. This is a quiet apartment complex nestled in the classic Austin neighborhood of Brentwood. You can find vintage stores, coffee shops, and fine eateries all within minutes. Guest access Laundry and gazebo/lawn Other things to note -No dishwashing machine available. -No dvd player or cable, but chromecast. 2 Alamo Drafthouse locations within 10 minutes away. :) *Please remove shoes in entryway. to reduce tracking.* -Thermostat behind tapestry in bedroom -Iron and ironing board in closet. -Move clothes around if you need; top two dresser drawers for you. -Use all the kitchen stuff you would like to. -Laundry is in the right corner of complex on bottom floor if you're facing the street. -See description and scroll through pictures for house manual.
