Freshly Updated (mostly empty) House

This house is pristine, new bathrooms, cleaned from top to bottom, with all appliances and washer/dryer in full working order. We are currently showing it to rent out, but right now it is completely empty save 1 Queen air mattress and 1 Twin air mattress. I can also supply quilts to make a mean pallet. If you are looking for a convenient place to lay your head, the house is in the elbow of 75 and 635 making anywhere in Dallas no more than 20 min away. The space We are actively trying to rent the house, so there isn't a stick of furniture, but it is in pristine condition and full working order - ready for someone to move in! Guest access You have full access to the house and backyard, including a 2 car attached garage
