Tri-story townhome with guest bedroom and bath downstairs. Second floor is the kitchen, living and dining room. 3rd floor is laundry/utility room. Private room has quiet and secluded setup for better privacy if you wish to just stay a few days without being bothered. Self Check-in and Check-out, so flexible for your trip and stay. Located in a safe and quiet gated community in the middle of Midtown Houston. Walking distance to rails/buses and dining/bars. The space One california king sized bed, comforter and two pillows. 2 Fresh towels provided for your stay. The home is located next to Houston's #1 wine bar. The common space balcony on the 2nd floor has a nice view and is a quiet place to relax. Guest access Parking options include: 1. Guest parking inside the gates (first come basis) 2. Metered parking along side street 3. Free parking across Caroline st into neighborhood (not responsible for parking violations if you park in the wrong area) Feel free to use the living and kitchen as long as you clean up what you use. The whole first floor is for the guest with a private room and bathroom. During your stay No need to chit chat with me if you dont prefer to, I am usually either not home or am in my room. Other things to note I have a small dog that lives with me, but he is very friendly.
