1st floor private bed/bath close to downtown

Small bedroom with private bath on first floor of town home that lock and had its own key. Guests can access the rest of town home (kitchen, living, washer/drier, and gym) as well. We have never hosted, but would really like to help out Houstonians that have been affected by the disaster. There is plenty of street parking and we could consider pets.
