East Harris county-2, minutes to Beltway 8 & I-10

Beautifully set private room in a wonderful 4 BR two story house in a new upcoming nice neighborhood in eastern part of Houston. The bedroom is equipped like a hotel room with smart TV and such. It is primarily set up for guests. The room is upstairs and has a full bath right opposite of it. A moderate size shopping center with some big name stores is at a walking distance from the house. Great restaurants in the immediate vicinity too. Several local attractions at driving distance. The space 1. You would have to climb a flight of 16 stairs to access this room 2. Your bedroom has a sign on the door saying "Bedroom 2" to help you locate it 3. There's another bedroom upstairs right beside yours. There's one bathroom for both rooms upstairs. So, you might have to share the restroom if there is a guest in the other bedroom during your stay. Guest access 1. You can access kitchen, living room, hallways, stairs and backyard 2. You are welcome to make your own coffee or tea in the kitchen 3. You are welcome to use any space in the fridge not labeled "Private use" 4. You are welcome to have available cereals, coffee or tea in the kitchen for breakfast During your stay 1. I might be at work or outside at your check-in/ check-out time, in which case I shall provide you with instructions to access the house and your private room. 2. I have another job and may not be able to interact much with you depending on my work schedule. But, I'll always respond to your questions within reasonable time. 3. I moved to Houston a while back. So, I can share with you all that I know about Houston.
