The Summer room is a warm and cozy private guest bedroom with its own private and exclusive guest bath. This room can accommodate 2 people (Extra fee). The room is on the first floor. Great for professionals and students to stay. Guests are welcome to use free Wifi, microwave to warm food in the kitchen. Guest can park in the drive way. One request, please no pets allowed on the premises at all. Driving distance to Walmart/Target/Kroger/Sprouts, Restaurants, lake and beach. The space This is a beautiful single family house in a very nice and safe neighborhood. This guest bedroom with Fall decor is on the 1st floor and as an adjoining private guest bath. You are welcome to watch TV in the living room, eat in the dining area or spend time in the formal sitting or backyard. Guest access Wifi. Street parking. Warm food in microwave and store food in refrigerator. During your stay I will be available to help you settle in and if you need anything else.
