Nearby most amenities that the greater Houston area has to offer. pool table, pool with diving board inside screened enclosure to protect from bugs and help keep cool. lots of trails to ride through in the neighborhood, so bring your ATV. Trinity River only a 5 minute drive away with Boat access. Tons of parking for whatever recreational vehicles you wish to bring along. The space Apartment above garage and pool area. The pool will be open from April through October depending on whether factors.
