Walking distance to Lady Bird Lake, bars, parks and a grocery store. The location of our apartment alone will have you wanting to move to Austin as soon as possible. The apartment itself is flooded with natural light from the many windows, and the natural hardwood floors add character and spunk. The space What makes our home so special is the location and the style of the home. Our apartment is considered a four-plex, so it has a bunch of character from when it was built in the 40's. The natural light and hardwood floors make this apartment cozy and comfortable. The decor of the apartment is simple and sophisticated with a touch of vintage flare. While you stay at our place we have our 3 year old cat, Sméagol staying with you. There’s no need to feed her or worry about the smell of a litter box. She has everything she needs and she’s only staying at the apartment for your enjoyment! She’s a sweetheart and we wouldn’t allow her to stay at our apartment with guests if we didn’t feel 100% our guests would feel the same way!
