Spacious, clean, and happy home!

You’ll love my place because it has easy access to most areas in town. -- YMCA (5 mins) -- Airport, Morgan's Wonderland, McAllister Park, Blossom (10 mins) -- Downtown/Riverwalk, AT&T Center - Spurs, SAMMC, Top Golf, JW Marriott Hill Country Resort, the Quarry (20 mins) -- Sea World, New Braunfels, Fiesta Texas (30 mins) --Grocery store, restaurants, and shopping are right outside the neighborhood. The space The house is quiet and comfortable but feel free to play the piano, play some video games, or watch Netflix while you are here. I do not host more than one guest party at the same time. When you book with me, there will be no other AirBnB guests at the house. Guest access - You will have your own private bathroom. - The kitchen, living room, dining room, and back deck are shared spaces. - You will have a key to your room. During your stay Please do not hesitate to let me know if you prefer privacy. You can simply say "I (we) prefer privacy" in your message, and I'll be happy to oblige. :) When I stay places, there are times that I want to socialize and times that I need my space, so I completely understand whichever you prefer. I want your stay here to be as comfortable as possible! Other things to note Thursday evenings I have piano lessons from 5:30-7:00, so you will hear some plunking of notes (many wrong ones). It hasn't seemed to bother anyone, but I want to let you know that you will not be hearing radio-quality music emanating from the living room during that time.
