This fully renovated modern farmhouse chic home features a 3 bedroom, 1 bath home that sleeps up to 8 people! We welcome anyone traveling through town, visiting friends and family, or just a nice local getaway. We offer on-site washer/dryer, full access to refrigeration, garage parking, and WIFI. We are very pet friendly, so bring your fur-friends with you. The space Nestled on a quiet street in Amarillo, this adorable home features granite counters, new kitchen appliances, coffee bar, custom cabinetry, hardwood floors, flat screen TV to stream Netflix or watch blue ray, WIFI and more! This home has been fully furnished and adorned with brand new farmhouse chic decor, and furnishings. We know you wont want to leave this cozy getaway!! PLEASE NOTE: We DO allow pets, but NOT on the furniture. If we find the contrary, you will be charged. That being said, we do our best get ANY and ALL pet hair, but be aware that you may find some. If you have pet allergies please be aware! Guest access Access will be given a 4 digit code for access to a key box. Guests may use anything inside the house, including the washer/dryer and access to garage parking. Other things to note We welcome up to 8 guests but please be aware we do not have a formal dining area. Of course, you may eat at our breakfast table and in the living room. Pet Guidelines: We are pet friendly but we ask that our guests follow our pet guidelines. -Guests are responsible for cleaning up pet waste -please be aware we do allow pets, in case of any allergies. -If it is rainy or muddy, please clean your pet paws to prevent tracking it through the house - NO pets on the furniture or bedding. We provide a nice lounger for your pet. Any evidence of not following this guideline may incur an extra cleaning fee
