Welcome to the Uncommon Loon in Whitefield, NH! Your uncommonly calm retreat away from all the stress of the real world. This freshly renovated, stunningly simple tiny house is nestled on beautiful Forest Lake, New Hampshire.

Brew yourself a fresh cup of coffee, take in the mesmerizing sunrise views, and listen to the call of the Loon from your own personal dock. Whatever your goals are when visiting this tiny paradise, you’ll leave relaxed, revitalized, and ready to come back again.

The Uncommon Loon has everything you need to make the most of your unique stay, including:

• Modern kitchen stocked with basic essentials (e.g., pots, pans, dishes, etc.)

• Clean bathroom with toilet, shower and vanity sink

• Comfortable sleeping loft area (with safety bar) with a ComfortPlus queen mattress, down comforter, additional warm blankets, and fresh linens

• Plugs and adequate lighting throughout the home

• Cozy loveseat and throw pillows in the living area

• Games: Mad Gab, Guesstures, Apples to Apples, Would You Rather…, deck of cards

In addition, the private beach right outside is all yours during your one-of-a-kind vacation. The outside living area – also referred to by some guests as “a little slice of heaven” – has a fireplace, lounge chairs, benches, and a picnic table. Two more Adirondack chairs at the end of the private dock are also available for your enjoyment.
