The centralized location is minutes away from Bars (Washington ave), grocery stores , department stores, major highways and lots of restaurants! The views from the balcony are facing downtown Houston. Cheap Uber rides to downtown and Washington ave (plenty of Ubers available). There are two beds, one couch and a blow up mattress upon request. No pets please. You're also welcome to utilize the gym, pool and gated garage. The space This is an awesome location conveniently located near NRG, Montrose and Houston heights. Perfect for Super Bowl LI!!!! Nearby stores: Walmart (across the street) Kroger grocery (1.5 miles away) Target (2 miles away) This apartment is a less than $10 uber ride to Washington Ave where tons of bars, restaurants and venues are located. Also, less than $15 uber ride Downtown. This complex has gate access with garage parking included (1st come 1st served parking but no problems finding a spot), full gym, pool with outside grills.
