My place is close to Interstate 30, State Line and Downtown. You’ll love my place because of the coziness, peace and quiet, internet access, light, kitchen, location, high ceilings, and claw-foot tub! My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. The place is perfect for 4 (two bedrooms) but can comfortably accommodate 6. Well-behaved/clean dogs welcome - just ask first. The yard is fenced but small dogs can escape. Travelers may inquire about a 1-night stay. The space The cottage is located in a quiet neighborhood. Good place to write, work on your laptop, visit local attractions or just rest. Local attractions including the Downtown Post Office (stand in Arkansas and Texas at the same time), Perot Theater, local art museum, Spring Lake Park, Ace of Clubs House and more. Close to Texarkana airport, Amtrak, and bus stations. Guest access The whole house is available to guests including backyard, stove, microwave, dishwasher, TV, washer and dryer.
