Our house is located in the Rice Military area. Fast access to Washington Avenue, I-10, I-610, I-45, and Downtown (by way of Memorial Drive). We have two floors and we don't use the 1st floor space at all so we've decided to rent it out. There are two bedrooms on the 1st floor with shared bathroom. We are currently renting only one bedroom, and there's no furniture in the other bedroom, so you'll have a private bathroom. The bedroom does have a mini fridge to store your drinks, leftovers etc. Guest access The second floor is normally not available to guests (please note: the kitchen is on the second floor). During your stay We are happy to answer any questions you have about the area, good restaurants to go and things to do! Other things to note We have hardwood floors and ask that our guests please be careful and courteous. Little things such as removing shoes when entering or lifting up suitcases (as opposed to rolling them) go a long way to helping maintain them in good condition. To keep the house clean, we kindly ask you to take off your shoes and leave your outside shoes near shoe racks by the door. We appreciate your help in advance!
