This is our actual home and we hope you fall in love with it as much as we have! Main area is an open floor plan connecting the sitting room with huge picture window onto front courtyard garden, the dining area with sliding door to side of house, and well outfitted kitchen. *BEDROOMS* Primary bedroom with ensuite bathroom. King size bed with Leesa mattress and LED headboard. Floor-to-ceiling windows with blackout shades. Master shower has three shower heads and I assure you that you won't want to get out! Guest bedroom has Queen size murphy bed with a Leesa mattress. Closet in room and guest bathroom immediately outside of bedroom door. Floor-to-ceiling window looking onto backyard, with blackout shade. Two smaller accent windows for beautiful morning light. Both bathrooms have Toto Washlet bidets with heated water! You don't have to use them, the toilets can be used just like normal toilets... but if you try the bidet you'll wonder how you lived without it. *OFFICE SETUP* The work-from-home setup is in the guest bedroom but is on wheels and can be moved to another part of the house if desired. Work station has a motorized standing desk with a high end, curved external monitor and Branch ergonomic chair. *HOT TUB* Private outdoor hot tub that's perfect for all 4 of you to hang! October - April: will automatically be on and ready for you. May - September: it's usually a bit hot outside for hot tubbing but if you want it ready just in case, send me a message when you make your reservation! WARNING: Friends who have stayed at our place have reported being late to the music festivals and conferences they came to town for because they enjoyed the house and neighborhood so much they had trouble working up the motivation to leave :) We love sharing our neighborhood with everyone who comes to Austin and I promise that the hardest part of your stay will be deciding which fabulous coffee shop, restaurant, or cocktail bar to stroll to! Guest access Guests will receive a digital code for the front door for easy, anytime access and convenient check-in. No need to worry about losing your house key at ACL or SXSW! Codes automatically expire at checkout. Other things to note Fiber gigabit internet. TVs in living room and primary bedroom, both hooked up to Roku. SONOS speaker in main living area and master bedroom.
