Backyard cottage near TCU, Magnolia St, Stock Show

Location! Ryan Place is a beautiful historic neighborhood in the heart of Fort Worth close to Magnolia Street's scene, TCU, museums, & the FW Stock Show & Rodeo. This updated 1 bedroom guesthouse is completely private, comfortable, and cozy. The outdoor space features a privacy fence, grassy yard, string lights, chiminea, charcoal grill/smoker, seating and shade. Great for couples, singles, business travelers or families (including kids). The space The 1 bedroom has a super comfortable queen-sized bed, and the living area has a pull-out (full-size) couch to sleep 2 more people. If you need to sleep more and bring your own air mattress that's fine with us. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge/ freezer, stove/oven, microwave, cookware, dishes, coffee and tea. The bathroom was just fully remodeled and features a large walk-in shower (no tub). There is a full privacy fence and a grassy yard for your kids to enjoy. The patio space including string lights, chiminea, charcoal grill/smoker, seating and shade will be irresistible. We are completely family friendly : ) Window AC in the summer and space heaters in the winter are more than enough to keep the space comfortable year round. Guest access The whole guesthouse out back, backyard and patio are all yours : ) Completely separate and private from the main house where we live. The little house is accessed through a driveway gate. No stairs. Other things to note Window AC and space heaters keep the 500 sqft. space completely comfortable year-round! Ample street parking.
