WiFi & HD-TV (streaming only - Netflix and HBONow provided) Decks off both living area & bedroom. Views of surrounding park land and owner's horse pasture. Located on 5 acres of privately owned land. Private driveway down to Onion Creek. The space Sitting on 5 acres of private land on Onion Creek and bordered by strips of natural park land on either side, this super cool tiny house is fabricated from 2 - 20 foot shipping containers and has all the luxuries of a well appointed home. Hardwood floors, hickory cabinetry, full size refrigerator, & a spacious bathroom - especially for a tiny house. Decorated with comfort in mind; the double bed is memory foam with soft sheets and extra pillows. Sofa & chair are Pottery Barn Everyday suede (chair is in bedroom, but can be moved to living room if sofa is needed as a twin bed - *please notify me when you book if you will need the couch made up as a bed so I can set it up for you.) 32" HDTV's in living & bed room are streaming only Netflix & HBONow provided (no cable.) High speed internet with WiFi. Kitchen has a microwave, toaster oven, griddle, hot plate, & coffee maker. Tea and Coffee provided, or bring your own. Light snack and breakfast options also provided. Filtered water in the fridge. Bathroom has shampoo, conditioner, body wash, cleansers, and lotion. Soft, fluffy towels as well. *Motion sensor lights with security cameras onsite in driveway areas. 50% discount for longer rentals - over 30 day stays negates the "hotel tax" of 5%. Guest access The entire house will be yours. Drive and parking area is gravel. The container provides some cover from rain or sun, if you pull under. Entire property is about 5 acres (it's long and narrow.) There is now another container tiny home neighbor to unit with a long term tenant. Guests may walk down the private drive to Onion Creek and enjoy the shade of towering Pecan trees on the property. Other things to note This is a unique property, having land and park land around while being close in to the city. Near I-35 & William Cannon, you can be in Downtown Austin, Zilker Park, the Airport, NLand Surf Park, or Circuit of the America's in about 15 minutes (depending on traffic, of course.) Shopping and Dining (Southpark Meadows) are 5 minutes away. Convenience stores / gas stations are less than a mile away in either direction. *NEW* Texas Trail Rides runs a horse barn/ranch within walking distance of the unit and offers led trail rides for hire through the day.
