Carriage House

The Carriage House is an upstairs apartment located in the heart of Aransas Pass. It is walking distance to grocery (HEB), parks, and the civic (convention) center. Conn Brown Harbor and fishing is right down the road! It's only a short drive away from historic Rockport, Port Aransas, and downtown Corpus Christi. You’ll love this place because it is located in a quiet, historic neighborhood. This place is great for couples, adventurers, business travelers, and families. The Carriage House is a two room above garage apartment, divided into kitchen/dining and bed/living areas. Upon entering the first room you find the kitchen and dining area which includes cooktop, refrigerator, pantry, and seating for four. A door connects to the living/dining space. This space has one queen size bed, sofa, 55" TV, and various other furnishings. **A floor mattress is available upon request** The bathroom is connected to the living space and includes clawfoot tub/shower, sink, and toilet. Guest access Guests will have access to the whole carriage house. The backyard is a shared space with the property owner and guests can use as much or as little as they wish. There is plenty of parking for multiple vehicles or a boat. Other things to note Two dogs and children on property. Will mostly be contained but may be present in shared backyard. All are friendly but may make noise.
