My place is close to great views, the beach, parks, and restaurants and dining. You’ll love my place because of the comfy bed, the coziness, the kitchen, the views, and the high ceilings. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families (with kids). The space Las Marinas is an the newest bay/channel property on South Padre Island with an assigned boat slip. This big and roomy condominium sleeps 6 with a king bed master bedroom, a queen in the guest bedroom. The alcove between the bedrooms and the living area has a day bed which contains 2 twin mattresses and the Sofa in the living has a queen sized pull out. The private balcony faces south giving you a beautiful view over the entire southern end of South Padre Island, including the channels and the bay. The top of the line modern kitchen features stainless steel Frigidaire appliances and is stocked with all the utensils that you will need to prepare gourmet meals. The dining table has 4 chairs and the breakfast bar is equipped with 4 bar stools. The heated swimming pool is one of the most beautiful on South Padre Island and has lots of pool furniture and lounge chairs. Guest access You can use all of the condo. The kitchen pantry is used as an owners closet and is locked off, however there is an abundance of cabinet space for storing food stuff. Other things to note Linens: 8 large bath towels 8 washcloths 1 hand towel per bathroom 2 tea towels in kitchen Sofa sleeper sheets, pillow cases, & pillows are provided only if you notify me in advance that you will require use of the sofa sleeper. Paper products: Paper towels sufficient for up to one week stay Toilet paper sufficient for up to one week stay 1-5 (based on length of stay) single use laundry detergent pods 1 automatic dishwasher tablet for each day of stay 1 3 oz bottle dish washing liquid 1.5 oz hand soaps in each bathroom in sufficient quantity for up to one week stay. Maid Service: Maid service is available for an additional charge and can be requested with 24 hours advance notice Towel exchange: Our property manager offers a free towel exchange at their off site laundry located about 1.5 miles from our property. Towel delivery: Towel delivery is available for an additional charge Parking: 1 Assigned space. There is also parking for a boat trailer and guest parking for a second car. Kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, knives, forks, microwave. drip coffee maker, toaster, etc.
