This is a cute 1,700 sq. ft. home located in the coveted Garden Acres neighborhood of Bryan/College Station. Two of the bedrooms have their own private entrances. Has a large yard for BBQs and sits next to Garden Acres Park. The space This a charming home built in the 50s. It has wooden windows and all wood flooring throughout. The front porch has a bench and porch swing to relax on. The back has a patio with a set of outdoor table and chairs. 8 people can comfortably occupy the home with the four beds available. You are more than welcomed to have additional guests sleep on the couch or on the floor. Just keep me informed of your plan. There's a TV in the living room. I don't have cable but I do have it set up for Netflix (Chromecast) and Amazon FireTV. I also include a spare HDMI cable in the event that you would like to connect your laptop or some other device. Guest access Since you are renting the entire home you will have access to everywhere in the home. A washer and dryer are available if you need it. I also have a BBQ pit, fire pit, and huge Jenga set in the backyard. Other things to note The home is situated on a 1/2 acre lot and its neighbor is Garden Acres Park. So, there's tons of green space to hang around.
