A little one-bedroom apartment located in San Marcos, less than a minute away from Texas State campus, shops and restaurants, 5 minutes away from the river, and just 30 miles south of Austin. The space The set up of the apartment makes for a fairly small, cozy space. It's been decorated/arranged toward my own taste, being my place of residence, and as a result may not appeal to everyone (please check pics before booking!). Probably not the best for families looking for a luxury getaway, but ideal for a few friends needing a place to sleep and relax while visiting the town. As one visitor aptly put it "A place for college and young adults, all the necessities with not much glamour". Guest access All areas except for (hopefully) obviously private areas, such as the locked closet and bathroom and dresser drawers, are available for guest use.
