A 2,200 sq ft home away from home to relax in! The space Welcome to our clutter-free, serene, natural home! We are an all organic family, so you can rest assured you'll be sleeping well and breathing freely in our non-toxic home that exudes a cheerful, warm, peaceful feeling! Come relax at our place after rocking the festivals, conferences and events of the 'weirdest' city in Texas! Our new 2,200 sq ft family home is spacious with 4 bedrooms and 2 baths upstairs and a large living room, dining room (seating for 10), 1/2 bath and open kitchen downstairs, perfect for entertaining and relaxing comfortably together. A huge master bedroom upstairs has an uber comfortable, new memory king sized bed, chair and a private bathroom with deep garden tub (with shower) for soaking in. Fully stocked with organic body care products. The 2nd full functioning bathroom can be accessed from the hallway near the other 3 bedrooms and is also fully stocked with natural body care. The 2nd bedroom is a guest room with a comfortable, Queen sized bed, luggage holder, and a closet to hang your clothes in. The 3rd bedroom has a Queen sized bed, a desk and office chair for working with printer, and chest of drawers for storing your belongings. The 4th bedroom is a very tidy children's room with zero toys, twin sized bunk beds, modern lounge chair with ottoman and a dresser you can store your belongings in. Each room has curtains on windows for privacy and blocking out morning light. We have 2 clean pack-n-plays with bedding if you are traveling with toddlers or babies. Private, fenced in backyard with full sized picnic table and a child sized picnic table, vegetable garden, large trampoline with net, toddler playhouse, sandbox, and inflatable pool available in summer if you'd like. Large kitchen has all new modern appliances, big refrigerator/freezer, dishwasher, gas stove and oven, water filter and granite counter tops. A cook's dream with plenty of serving ware, Excalibur dehydrator, Vitamix blender, huge food processor, large griddle, waffle maker, crockpot and more. Danish mid century modern dining room table seats 10 with ease. High chair available if traveling with children. Enormous living room has 2 plush full sized couches, large rustic coffee table, tree stump coffee table and 2 mid century modern chairs. Comfortably seats 8-10 people around the coffee table, with room to pull up dining chairs for additional seating. Behind the living room in the downstairs common area is a spacious area that we traditionally use as a children's play place with a cabinet to conceal toys. This large space can also easily accommodate a queen sized air mattress, which we have available if needed. If traveling with children, this is the perfect spot for them to use their imagination and play while easily being supervised from the kitchen, dining or living room. If you let us know you'll have kids in your party, we will leave some things out for your convenience, otherwise we put all kids stuff out of sight. If you'd like to book the entire house, just about all of the space is accessible, with the exception of a few closets. If you'd like to book only 1 or 2 rooms, just those rooms and the common living areas will be available. Other things to note Please be respectful to our neighbors and their property.
