The Scottsdale Short Term Rental License # is 2024960 Guest access The house has a 2 car garage but I am storing my car and motorcycle so no room for guests vehicles. Plenty of room on driveway. Airbnb app is not very versatile so I need to put pool heating info here: the pool can be heated. Guests pay for propane used to heat pool & spa. Depending on outdoor temperature and how hot you want the pool the cost in December would be about $50/day. March maybe $25-$35/day. I must tell you that I have only had 2 people over the past 7 years that have used the pool between December and March. The air is just too thin & is not conducive to swimming/getting out of the pool. Some use it for a cold plunge. Everyone uses the hot tub & enjoys it immensely & that might cost about $10/day. I charge for use rather than adding to rent. As I’m sure you understand this keeps people from turning my 20,000 gallon pool into a sauna. It also doesn’t unnecessarily charge those that choose not to use it. Best, R. Beach towels for the pool are in the linen closet in Hallway. The Scottsdale Short Term Rental License # is 2024960
