An ideal place to stay for large groups. A 3-story building without an elevator, with 6 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, balcony. Wi-Fi throughout the house. Separate entrance! Next to the Magic Badalona shopping center and Rambla Salut. Only 1.5 km from the best beaches in Badalona. Metro Salut and Gorg in a few meters that takes you to downtown Barcelona in just 30 minutes. We have 2 private parking spaces for 15 euros each! Air conditioning in almost all rooms! The space It is a 3-story tourist building. It has 6 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with showers and washing machines, a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, ceramic hob and all appliances. Almost all rooms have air conditioning for heat and cold. For smokers there is a balcony. No smoking inside. Wi-Fi throughout the building, in each room there is Tele Smart. On the ground floor there is a loft with a living room and sofa. We have 2 private underground parking spaces for a fee of 15 euros per day for each space. We always leave toilet paper, shampoo, gel, soap, and temporary detergent. If you need more, you have to buy it at a supermarket on the corner. Other things to note House rules:- - Respect silence at night from 10:00 pm to 9:00 am throughout the building. In case of complaints from neighbors, the reservation will be canceled without a refund! - No smoking inside the entire building (smoking is allowed on the balcony). - No loud parties. - No pets allowed.  - Leave the kitchen clean and throw out the trash before leaving the apartment. At check-in you receive keys. In case of loss of key, there is a cost of 30 euros for each set.  Note:  Check-in: from 3:00 pm to 9:00 pm free. Late check-in after hours (after 9:00 PM) has an extra payment of 30 euros, from 12:00 AM - 2:00 AM - 50 euros. Check-out: Until 11:00 AM. Bed linen and towels are included! At the time of check-in, you must pay a TOURIST TAX of €2.20 per person per night for adults over 16 years of age and with a maximum stay of 7 nights.   And a 500 euro security deposit with the card. Deposit will be refunded within 48 hours of check-out to the same card. You must also present your ID and booking confirmation.   Please inform us of your estimated arrival time a few days in advance. To receive keys in the same apartment, you have to contact us 30 minutes before arriving because we do not have a reception. In case of an unforeseen late arrival, please let us know.
